Our Solution:

Borderless curated a top-tier prospectus, detailing the vocational provider’s offerings, vision, and potential synergies. This document was then presented to a selection of private higher-education institutions and universities.

Following significant interest from various institutions, Borderless expertly managed the due diligence process, ensuring transparent and informed decision-making.

Within a short span of six months, the outcome was a robust set of agreements: six articulations and three packaged visa arrangements. The immediate impact? Over 100 students leveraged these new pathways in the very first intake post-agreement.

In a subsequent move to further bolster the provider’s footprint, Borderless also championed a managed-campus strategy in collaboration with established education stalwarts in Sydney and Melbourne. This involved a holistic management of the project, from research, negotiation, to handling regulatory aspects like the TEQSA application, and the pragmatic challenges of location scouting and campus outfitting.

A mid-size Australian vocational provider sought to develop a portfolio of  articulation and  packaged  visa agreements with universities and private higher  education providers, with the view to improve the  appeal of their scope to international students, while  further providing a level of prestige to their brand offered by high-end university partnerships.

Borderless produced a first-class prospectus  to shop around multiple private higher-eds and universities. After gaining interest from several institutions, due  diligence took place and able  to gain the articulation and packaging agreements. Within six months, Borderless secured  six  articulations and three packaged visa agreements,  with more than 100 students capitalising on the new  opportunity from the first intake following signing.

In response, we developed a managed-campus strategy  with an established provider in Sydney and Melbourne,  and in doing so eliminated the cost overhead of  undertaking a ground-up licence application. Project- managing this process, Borderless managed the end-to-end delivery, including  a thorough research  and institution selection, initial negotiations, TEQSA  application, legal, location sourcing & campus fit-out.
